GentleBirth Workshop + Doula Package – $1,250

  • By combining a weekend workshop with my doula services, you will receive the most benefit by learning all the tools you need so you can apply them on your labor/birth day!

Childbirth Education Workshops – $350

  • I now offer childbirth education workshops through GentleBirth in Savannah, Georgia. This 2 day workshop uses brain training techniques to transform fear into confidence to help give you a positive birth experience! You can book your workshop HERE and read more about this program at

Doula Services – $1,000

  • 2 (or more) prenatal visits in your home. If you would like me to meet your care provider, I would be more than happy to come along with you to an appointment to introduce myself.
  • 24/7 phone and email support beginning at 36 weeks through the time you give birth
  • Continuous labor and birth support. I will stay with you from the moment you ask me to join you through two hours after baby’s first feeding.
  • One in-home postpartum visit. I will visit you at your home 3-10 days after your baby’s birth to recap your experience and provide any resources you may need.

What to expect at our meetings

Initial Meeting:

  • Meet at a location that is convenient for you
  • Discuss your feelings about labor and what your ultimate birth goals are
  • Determine if we are a good fit for one another!

Birth Plan Meeting: +/- 8 weeks before EDD

  • Meet at your home
  • After giving you various resources of what to expect and choices for common newborn procedures, we will go over a birth plan worksheet (provided) that will allow you to select your preferences for your labor and birth experience.
  • NOTE: Even those choosing to birth at home should complete a birth plan in case of hospital transport.

Rehearsal Meeting: +/- 4 weeks before EDD

  • Meet at your home
  • Birth Rehearsal
    • Breathing techniques
    • Visualization
    • Aromatherapy
    • Multiple labor positions and comfort measures including:
      • Rebozo
      • Birth Ball
      • Peanut Ball
  • All of these things will allow you to discover what works for you, what doesn’t, and how you, me, and your partner can all work together in a fluid way so when labor day arrives, we will all be on the same wavelength.

Postpartum Meeting

  • Meet at your home 3-10 days after the birth
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Provide resources as needed
  • Discuss and recap the labor and birth. It’s a lot to process!
